THE CHALLENGE
Rocky's is two businesses under one roof. One side protects and customizes cars: paint protection film, ceramic coating, wraps, wheels. The other side buys and sells exotics. Both were marketed as one thing, so neither got a clear story.
The bigger problem was proof. A $1M Porsche posted as a static photo pulled 32 likes. The work that actually makes the place good, the installs, the builds, the cars moving through the bay, was never filmed. Nobody outside the building could see it.
WHAT WE BUILT
One brand, two arms
We split the story into Sales and Customization, then set the rule that binds them: every car sold gets offered a customization package, no exceptions. That frame drives everything downstream, from ad copy to what we point a camera at.
A content system, not a posting schedule
The audit was blunt about what worked. Opinion, debate, tier lists, this-or-that, sound. Not product shots. So we built a 35-idea playbook around those formats and one rule to govern it: film the process, not the product.
A website that closes the loop
Rebuilt in Framer with a live inventory system. Every car is its own entry with a detail page, photo set, feature list, and history, filterable by make, price, and body style.
Paid across two platforms
Google Ads for intent, Meta for reach and for inventory acquisition, which is the harder half of car sales. Campaigns get reviewed every month and rebalanced against the best signal available, which until attribution is live means click quality and cost per click rather than revenue.
A review that grades itself
Every month the work is scored against three priorities Rocky sets. What we decided to film, what to stop, and how last month's calls actually turned out all go in a running log.
RESULTS
The tier-list reel reached 71,000 accounts on an account of roughly 10,700 followers, with 258 shares and 169 saves. For comparison, the static listing posts most dealers rely on were pulling 32 likes on a million-dollar car.
Inventory went from a flat page to a live system carrying 31 vehicles, each with its own detail page.
The honest part: attribution was the missing piece, so the rebuild was scoped around it. Closing that loop is the current phase of the work, not a finished result we are claiming.
